Our Story
I’m Ben Brabers. I’ve been in IT recruitment since 2010, and before that I studied Dutch and British Commercial Law. After a successful career at recruitment firms, I founded Brabers Consultancy in the summer of 2017. For me, this was about taking my knowledge and experience in the sector and setting up a way of working in recruitment that is true to my values.
Helping people has always been my ambition and “people first” has been the company’s ethos from the moment it was established.
This means being fair, transparent, and honest in all dealings with clients and candidates. Respect is the foundation of the business and working together is the key to success. As Brabers grows, these values will remain at the core of everything we do.

He believes that sustainable success stems from fostering a familial atmosphere within an organization, rather than promoting individual competition. Ben’s background in law, coupled with his passion for history and art, imbues him with a unique perspective that enriches his approach to recruitment.

With three years of experience in technology recruitment and business development, Raquel specializes in sourcing talent for roles in Data Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, and SAP. With fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she brings expertise in recruitment across these markets. Her focus is on enhancing the candidate experience by connecting IT professionals with the best opportunities and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey. Outside of work, Raquel enjoys music and maintaining an active lifestyle.
With a knack for problem-solving, Daria plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Brabers. Drawing from her master’s degree in journalism, Daria brings to the table an organizational and communication strategy approach that she has polished over years of cross-industry experience. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cities, delving into literature, and spending time outdoors.

In his personal time, Hans enjoys football, gaming, and caring for his cats.
Milena Rasic
Milena brings a wealth of experience in technical recruitment, having worked in both agency and inhouse settings. She specializes in recruiting and sourcing the best talent on the market, particularly focusing on data and the cloud. Milena has extensive experience across the Benelux, Nordics, UK, UAE and other European markets. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Outside of her professional experience, Milena loves travelling around the world, fitness and cooking!
