Responsibilities
- Create a structured rollout framework including standardized materials for affiliate engagement & onboarding, FtT workshops, change impact assessments, etc.
- Support the Business Lead in defining the overall deployment roadmap in collaboration with regional and affiliate stakeholders Support identification and onboarding of affiliate team members
- Lead and manage all business activities to deploy the Sales Price Advisor solution successfully to affiliates including the facilitation of affiliate FtT and testing workshops
- Identify change impact and support affiliates with managing the change to ensure high acceptance and adoption of the solution
- Continuously align affiliate feedback and deployment roadmap with the business Product Owner for the solution
- Support overall communication associated with the topic to key stakeholders and on key platforms”
Description of Qualifications
- Good understanding of pricing, price optimization, and quoting processes in large, multinational companies operating in complex selling environments preferably from the MedTech industry Strong organizational and project management skills, ideally also knowledge of SAFe Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal) Strong facilitation and influencing skills to manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Knowledge of Organisational Change Management framework and methodologies
- Fluent in English
