As a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solutions Architect, you’ll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Your Role

The Solutions Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and consulting team. You will be involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architect’s process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect’s expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the connection between our clients’ strategic business leaders and technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues.
  • Conduct business processes and requirements analysis Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the RapidResponse platform and supporting technologies.
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
  • Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
  • Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
  • Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience developing, supporting or implementing RapidResponse required.
  • Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations.
  • Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration.
  • Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment.
  • An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.

SAP ILM Consultant

Seeking a Senior ILM & Archiving Consultant to join a team of analytical and critical thinkers. You will be instrumental in architecting and leading implementations of enterprise-level solutions of SAP Archiving. You will define the problem, propose and create the solution.

The successful candidate must have proven, successful experience in at least three end-to-end projects, taking them from requirements gathering through to design, implementation and post go-live activities. You will have client facing experience and strong communication skills as this role will include daily collaboration with business representatives and technical leaders.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing customer’s current archiving strategy and verifying scope within SAP Landscape.
Performing database analysis to identify and formulate proposed archiving roadmaps.
Leading ILM workshops to present findings to key stakeholders.
Configuring ILM Archiving Objects for Blocking, Archiving, Reporting, Retrieval and/or Deletion, across various modules. This includes the Read programs, Archive Information Structures (AIS), DRB views and other SAP-standard reports.
Scheduling and executing Catch-Up and Ongoing Archiving runs, reviewing results and optimizing where required.
Retaining overall view of project implementation to ensure quality results.
