The situation: A transformation programme of this scale: 200+ legal entities, 150 required consultants, no fixed end date doesn’t get solved by reacting to vacancies as they open. The risk wasn’t finding candidates; it was volume, unclear sequencing, and procurement coordination overwhelming the process before it could even start properly.
What actually happened: Before sourcing began, we sat down with the client’s project director and mapped the full programme in detail — go-live dates, module rollout sequence, where the real deadlines actually sat versus where they only looked fixed. That became a hiring strategy first, a recruitment process second: one candidate per role, submissions tracked centrally against the programme timeline, rather than a generic CV pipeline running in parallel to it.
Result: 147 professionals placed to date, spanning core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, EWM), ServiceNow and other technologies, including compliance and financial reporting, supporting the client’s global deployment team through a programme that’s still running.
